Replacement HyperPolling Dongle for Razer Viper V3 Pro

Dear Razer Support Team,

I recently purchased a Razer Viper V3 Pro (Model: RZ01-0512) from eBay, but the mouse did not come with the HyperPolling Wireless Dongle.

I understand that the dongle is required for wireless functionality, and I was hoping you could advise me on possible solutions. I am willing to purchase a replacement dongle if available, or follow any pairing/firmware steps if compatible replacements exist.

The serial number on the bottom of my mouse is: (Removed Serial number)

Please let me know if there is any way to obtain a compatible dongle or restore wireless functionality.

Please note that the Razer Viper V3 Pro requires a dedicated HyperPolling dongle specifically designed for this model, and generic HyperPolling dongles are not compatible. Feel free to PM me your device serial number if you need assistance in the future. Take care for now!
