Replacement Keyboard Keys for Razer Blade 15 Base 2020
Three of my new Razer Blade 15 keyboard keys (F10-12) got displaced and won't reseat. There is no visible damage on either the hinge or the key, but they won't snap back into place. I've removed and replaced the F9 key with no difficulty. I even tested the hinges of the F10-12 keys with the working F9 key and it seated properly, so the damage appears to be limited to the keys themselves. I've contacted support, but I suspect that will take a bit.
1) Is anyone aware of a problem like this? Fixes?
2) Are replacement keys available? If so, where is the best place to acquire them?
3) Other thoughts or suggestions?

sdossettYikes! Razer is not sending keys as a spare part. The laptop needs to undergo repair.
