Hello there i lost my USB Wireless Dongle (Model: RC30-022301) for Wireless Gaming Headset (Model:RC30-022302) so i get anther 2 dongle same model but I can’t connect whyyyyyy?

    My dongle broke like a week ago, I’m trying to buy a new one but it’s out of stock in every online store. I’m in Europe though and I actually don’t know what to do. Where did u buy it ? Btw for your problem you should download the pairing software and maybe also the firmware update. Hope it helps
