I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and encountered an issue with the activation code. The package included the headset and accessories, but the activation card was missing. When I attempted to register the product, it showed that the activation code had already been used, which prevents me from accessing the advertised features such as 7.1 surround sound.
I truly enjoy the headset and appreciate its design and performance. However, I would love to experience the full features that were advertised, especially the surround sound, which is one of the main reasons I chose this product.
