I am writing to report an issue with my Razer headphones. I have been using them exclusively with the original cable provided and charging them directly through my laptop's USB-C port. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that the USB-C connector on the headphones has melted, and now they no longer charge.

As a long-time fan of Razer products, I have always trusted the quality and durability of your devices. I rely on these headphones daily for both work and gaming, and their functionality is essential to my routine.

To assist in processing this request, I have attached my proof of purchase to this email. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue as quickly as possible.

Did you’ve submitted a case on Razer Support: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support/ ?

If not, then provide all the details including photos of the melted USB-C connector.
