[Resolved] Razer Synapse 3 doesn't start after re-installation

Hello everybody! Last week my Windows stopped booting after an unexpected electricity shutdown. I reinstalled it but I saved all my folders like ProgramData and AppData so I have a lot of applications from previous Windows working as they were when I performed the installation on my new Windows. And then I installed Synapse 3 but it didn't even launch. The process was active but none of the windows were appearing. I was even unable to delete it. So I manually deleted Razer folders from ProgramData, AppData, and Program Files and installed Synapse once again. Now I have an error message (attached screenshot) when I try to launch Synapse. Has anyone faced something like that? Does anyone know how to delete all the Razer files from the system to perform a fresh setup? Thank you

I deleted every Razer file that I was able to find and it didn't change anything after re-installation

Today I managed to install Synapse after the new update RazerSynapseInstaller_V1.0.148.188. Before that, I was deleting old files one by one and trying to start Synapse. After one of the files Synapse started with a different error. After that, I was able to uninstall it via default uninstaller (I was not able to do it before).
