I want to return my product that I just purchased from Razer website. It took like 2 extra weeks for the products to come and now it saids "There are no eligible item(s) to return for my order" I got it 4 days ago. I should be able to return it. I have e-mailed customer service, called (haven't talked to a real person) and can't get on the live chat.
