I’m having major issues with my return. I sent in a return package a month ago and have not herd any response on my return process. The only thing I ever got was the tracking number for my package. All it said is that it  has arrived the day it said it would. Nothing else! I also never got a RMA number so there was no way for me to put in a RMA number for the status check. So I am at a loss on what to do because I’ve been trying to find a way to contact them by email or phone. Every way I try it just sends me to the RMA status page. As of right now I’m out $500, if I can’t get my money back. I’d like to have the Products I purchased back. Anybody have any help full tips with this.
