I HOPE U CAN HELP ME ON THIS  IT’s BEEN 2/02/24 -3 MONTHS THAT I AM ASKING THEM TO RETURN IT BACK INTO MY GIFT CARDS OF $200.00 , BUT NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT I EVEN SEND THEM PHOTOS OF THE GIFT CARDS return my money back into my razor gold gift cards that I accidentally put into the website Please help to REEDEM IT BACK ONTO THE RAZOR GIFT CARDS.

I HOPE I GOT THE RIGHT DEPARTMENT AND I HOPE U CAN HELP ME OUT ON THIS 

PLUS I DONT KNOW HOW TO USE THIS CARD ON THE WEBSITE 

I DONT KNOW HOW IT GOT THERE BECAUSE I DONT KNOW HOW TO THE APP
