Returns nightmare so far.

I ordered and received a laptop from Razor, but wish to return it.
The games I have require a tower system that the laptop can not support.
Return process seems to send me to links that just lead back to the main screen.
Order number and postcode also are not recognised.

Can anyone help please ?
