RGB Issues with Snapyse

Hi everyone I have a weird occurrence, it seems whenever I connect a controller or a USB device to my computer the RGB (that's connected with polychrome) just stops and my other RGB accessories work find. While the work around I have, which is closing and reopening synapse, isn't the worst thing in the world. I am wondering if anyone else has this issue and if they did, find a way to stop it from recurring. Thank you.

    By this, do you mean devices that support Polychrome stop working entirely or just the RGB? It would be best if you share a short clip of this happening so we can get a better understanding of what's actually happening. PS. Let's keep our nicks family friendly.
