Does anyone know how to fix RGB light? my Razer BW v3 phantom edition wireless KB have an issue… the RGB light on my SHIFT keys are not functioning… its not totally not function what i mean is, the RED color is not switching it always Blue and Green can anyone explain what it cause? thank you…

+1Try creating new empty profile in Synapse, this will reset your Chroma. Also you can try disabling Chroma apps for a moment (maybe some app is overwriting it).
Or the best if you try it on another PC without synapse installed - if the problem is still there then you can just RMA keyboard, as it may have faulty LED.
