Ripple Effect not working in Synapse
Recently bought a black widow elite keyboard and everything works in Synapse except the ripple effect. Have tried everything I can think of to no avail, no matter what I change it does nothing. Tried selecting individual keys, all of them, different colors, speeds, activation prompts, and nothing has worked. Haven't been able to find any solutions online. Please help
