Ripsaw goes into "standby mode"

Hello, I have a problem with my ripsaw, the card is used to stream in dual PC. However, when I don't receive sound via HDMI, the ripsaw card goes into standby and doesn't work anymore! Which is annoying when I only have sound on the stream PC for example but not on the game PC because the sound will mute after a while, waiting for sound via HDMI to restart! I don't know if it's very clear but it's very annoying because I'm always forced to leave music in the background on my game pc to prevent the ripsaw from going into standby... Thank you for your help!

Hi there! What version of the Ripsaw do you have? Also, can you share a video of the issue?

Hi ! Firstly i have to say that i have the last version for the Ripsaw. And i don't really what can i record to show you because nothing seems to be strange ! It's just that after a while without sound in the HDMI output, the computer's sound doesn't work either and will only work again when hdmi sound is perceived again... I don't know if it's very clear, but so the only solution I've found so far is to leave a music with the lowest possible sound in the HDMI output so that it doesn't stop Thanks for taking your time !

Thanks for the reply. Can you share your setup? Also, what specific program are you using to stream?

Thank you to you! So at the level of my gaming computer it is: 16gb ram gtx 1070 i7-9700k And for the stream PC: (It's a laptop) 8 GB RAM GTX 1050 2 GB i5-7300HQ 2.5 Ghz I use streamLabs! However, I don't really think it's a hardware problem! And even streamlabs is not a problem because it already affects the headphones connected to the ripsaw. Thank you for your help!

Thanks for the reply. In your gaming computer, can you check the audio settings to see what the output device is set to?
