RMA delivered to Razer 15 days ago, still no replacement
I was told by Support that my replacement would ship within AT MOST 5-7 business days of Razer receiving my broken power adapter. It has now been 11 business days (15 actual days) since Razer received the faulty unit. Support hasn't sent an update in a week even though I've messaged twice asking for information. Is this common practice for the company? I'm very disappointed, to say the least. What are my next steps other than contacting a consumer protection agency? Thank you in advance for any help!
