RMA Registration

I have a replacement (RMA) Viper v3 Hyperspeed mouse.  Original mouse was replaced under warranty.    How do I go about registering  the replacement?  i.e. what date do I put for date of purchase, what do I use for proof of sale, etc?  Original mouse was purchased from the Razer Store on 11-22-2023.
