I have an RMA, case *Removed from public view.



Then some random person jumped into the support ticket calling me by someone else's name, with a tracking number going to, I assume that person's address. Not mine. I replied within 10 minutes telling the person they gave me the wrong info.



Typical replies to my case came within less than 24 hours. This one has been 4 days and no reply, with the package well on its way. Yes I did set that I want a response.



Lastly, that's incredibly concerning that your customer's information is so carelessly being flung around within different support tickets.
