Is there a number to contact? There was no update after RMA number via Razer ID. Prompted them a few reminders, there is no response.

Same here, Mine is going for 3 months now! The RMA process they have is really frustrating! 


Total failure; will never buy a Razer mouse again

Yeah me too they just took my mouse.


Last I checked - the RMA status is still pending. This is ridiculous.
