RMA Status - no response nor update after 3 weeks (collected faulty product)


Is there a number to contact? There was no update after RMA number via Razer ID. Prompted them a few reminders, there is no response.

Same here, Mine is going for 3 months now! The RMA process they have is really frustrating!

Last I checked - the RMA status is still pending. This is ridiculous.

There are so many of these “WTF Happened to my RMA?!?!” posts that we should consider a class action suit.
