RP 2 SD Card Ejected

My RP2 is giving me sd card ejected when I try to take a picture and a couldn't save screenshot due to limited space. I have tried formatting the card for phone storage and portable storage and get the same errors. Anybody else have this issue or know a way to fix it?The card is a brand new 200 gb SanDisk micro SDXC. I had to do a factory reset on the phone once when certain areas on the touch screen would not be recognized but that was before this problem popped up.
