rsy3_audioappstreamswrapper.dll error | Razer Insider

Hello,

I have recently encountered this error and have tried multiple ways to fix it.

Earlier, before following Razr's help forums and pages, I went to Control Panel, Programs, Turn Windows Features on and off, and unchecked the .NET options and restarted. Still didn't fix the .dll error.

After that step, I downloaded and installed Visual Studio and installed the .NET files, restarted, did a fresh reinstall of Synapse, still got the .dll error.

After those two options failed me, I followed Razer.com's support page/walkthrough

https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1708/ and then the other page that walks you through logging the Razer files (which I have logged), uninstalling all my Razer files (which I did just moments ago), update my Windows 10 (just did this too), and how to reinstall Synapse 3 (which I also just did).

Unfortunately, nothing has fixed the error, hence why I am here now. I even unplugged the Razer Blackwidow keyboard while doing all this, making extra sure all my hidden files are viewable, and that all Razer files are completely deleted.

If anyone can assist me here, I would be very grateful!

All I really need is for my keyboard's backlight to stop fading in and out and just stay solid. To my knowledge, the only way I can do this is by having Synapse 3 installed.

Thank you,

J.
