Rtx 2070 super stuck at 300mhz core clock

Sudenly i expirienced drop in fps and started wondering what is happening. I installed afterburner and saw that core clock was working at 300 mhz. Tryed with windows and nvidia power option, but nothing happening. I see there was another ticket for the same problem, and not answered. I hope mine gets answered or resolved!

    Do you mind listing all the apps you've tested so far? I'd appreciate it if you can send me the serial number of the laptop and your ticket number. That way, I can look into model-specific solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
