Ruined activation code

Im also having an issue where i dont have access to my code anymore. I reinstalled my razer software because i was reading into audio issues on google and i dont have the code anymore the headphones i use are the Razer Kraken Ultimates- THX Spatial Audio.

I scratched off too much on my activation code and some of code unreadable. Is there any other way to get a code?

Please send me the following: Please send me the following: a. A photo that shows the damaged activation card. b. A photo that shows the device's serial number and its original box. c. Razer ID's registered email address. Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue from there.
