I purchased the Kraken X yesterday & managed to scratch the code off while trying to update, please help me

    Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM, along with the email address linked to your Razer ID. Also, include a photo of the scratched card. Save it via Google Drive, then paste the link to your message. That way, I can verify the model and check if you are eligible for code generation. Let's continue from there. I'll lock this thread now.
