I’ve had my Barracuda X headphones for about 4 months and they have already began to crack above the ‘wishbone’ of the cup. I’ve been purposely careful with them, but apparently no careful enough. I can’t seem to find out how to do a RMA. I’ve followed multiple links and only once did I get to something promising asking for my product serial number, but then I got back into the same run around. How EXACTLY does one do a RMA?
