so in resume i was always using the wired option on the hyperspeed then tried wireless and keep it that way but 2 days ago the headset keep disconecting from the wired option (i was charging it while gaming) then i tried to switch the wired its still disconect randomly yersterday was my last charge and i cant connect it to the dongle either cant find the serial number either (doesnt have the box i moved) now i cant even charge the thing and no wireless either please send help 😭
