Just bought a refurbished Razer Naga Classic Edition from from i-Tech Mall through amazon. Got it today and it works great aside from my scroll wheel not scrolling. To clarify, the side press of the scroll wheel still works, the scroll wheel click still works, scrolling the wheel for some reason just does not scroll. I’ve got Synapse 3 and I’ve explored it thoroughly to no solution. I rebind it to an alphanumeric like “A” or “B” to see if it would type with those inputs but it does not. I’ve restarted my PC, switched USB ports, etc. No luck. I really don’t want to have to go through the return process with amazon but I will if needed, just trying to troubleshoot first. I’ve searched for drivers but I cannot find any for this mouse. Please help.

Hello AbsoluteMaddLadd,
Have you tried testing the mouse on a different PC to isolate the issue? Please use a can of compressed air to gently blow away dirt under and along the sides of the scroll wheel. Dirt, dust, or small debris are known to cause the issue you are experiencing. If you need further assistance, feel free to PM me with your device serial number so I can provide other workarounds.
