RZ09-0421PED3 tingling when plugged in

I have just bought the product with the code RZ09-0421PED3. When the product is plugged in and on a wooden table, and I touch the aluminium parts, there is a vibrating sensation like tingling. This is not the case with the keyboard and touchpad. This is also not the case when it's unplugged. When the product is plugged in, and I lift it up or put it on my lap, there is no tingling. What could it be caused by? Do you have any suggestions for a solution?
