Hello,

3 Keys on my keyboard stooped working entirley recently. I’ve had the keayboard for 4 years without any problems. The keys that stopped working are ‘E’, ‘3’ and ‘F2’. The LEDs are still working, but the keys are completely unresponsive.

I have tried many troubleshooting methods, including those in the “self care” page. 

  • Resetting the Keyboard.
  • Reinstalling drivers and razer software.
  • Plugging it into different computers
  • Cleaning the keyboard

None of those methods seemed to help. Am I missing something?

It seems like you’ve done all the necessary workarounds. Please drop me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can validate it and look for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt. I’ll also check for a firmware updater.
