I have my Ripsaw set up per instructions, even verifying I'm using my 3.0 USB port, but my computer is just not recognizing that it's there. I have the green light when it's plugged in, and I know the ports are working. When I try to run the firmware update it won't let me continue since it can't find the Ripsaw either.
Anyone else ran into this?
