I’m using Windows 11 and when I go to shutdown or restart my pc, I am getting the error message saying “app preventing shutdown (or restart) of pc”. I fully removed and reinstalled Razer Synapse 3 from my pc. This did not fix the problem.
Same error after uninstalling Synapse Program and reinstalling it
