Samsung SSD PM981a 500GB locked (biospassword) -Razer13” 2020 RZ09-0327

My Razer blade stealth 13” 2020 had the ssd blocked (tcg password) set in bios. I believe I.m entering the password right yet it remains locked where other opinions say windows bitlocker messed up with the encryption of the drive. Anyways I cannot format it as there is no PSID number/code on the label of the SSD to do a PSIDRevert. Do the PM981a (OEM SSD) follow the TCG Opal drive encryption. Is it applicable to reset it to factory settings using the sedutil tool and where I can get the PSID. Formatting it using disk part and other disk utilities is not working (access denied).
