Hi so i have been generating tickets also i have been asking for help i made a transaction of razer gold but my gold was deducted and i did not get the uc. I complained generated tickets but they wont response or help THIS IS PURE SCAM BY RAZER GOLD !!! IM ALSO MAKING A VIDEO ABOUT THIS ON YOUTUBE!!! HERE THE DETAILS

I have the same issue, it also said that the transaction is completed but I didn't received any receipt neither on my e-mail nor on my phone number. And if I open the transaction, all it dictates is that "try again later", I spend $20 and didn't received it. They already deducted my balance. Please help!!!
