I mistakenly scratched off two number on my card please help me. $200 Razer Gold Card

Unfortunately, I have limited access to this part of our system. However, I suggest that you submit a Ticket or chat with customer service via Live Chat by clicking the green chat button at the bottom right to get this sorted out in real-time. Please make sure to include all relevant information and screenshots showing the issue. Attach the file to your case for fast resolution.

  1. Proof of Purchase (Purchase receipt and Activation receipt)
  2. Razer Gold PIN/ Gift Card

Kindly ensure to follow the specifications as below:

  • Everything has to be a separate image.
  • Do not stack the gift card and receipt.
  • Do not blur or mark on the gift card and receipt.
  • Kindly change the file size to a smaller size.
  • Kindly ensure that the images are clear and show all four corners.
