Hi, So I got a Razer Kraken X today and I was trying to scratch off the protective layer to see the code. However I accidentally scratched the code from below it too. Is there any other way to get a code to use 7.1 surround sound? Thanks

Hi. So basically I just went to the support page on Razer and you can talk to someone live about your code and they will try to get u another one.
