Scratchy sounds in Kaira headset
My new headset has very scratchy sounds when talking in my party and sometimes with game sounds. I updated the firmware already as well

Hello guys! When did the issue start? Did the issue occur when you are using it on a computer or Xbox? Connect it to a different computer and check if it behaves the same. Feel free to send me a PM together with the headset's serial number should you need additional assistance. I'll take it from there.
