Screen brightness is not changing

I have a brightness control on my keyboard and it is not changing the brightness. I've tried manually adjusting it through the settings on Windows 10, but I do not see a slider. The nightlight setting also doesn't work. All drivers are up to date and did not have this issue until I reformatted my computer. System settings: OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.19043 Build 19043 System Manufacturer Razer System Model Blade System Type x64-based PC Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz, 2201 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s) BIOS Version/Date Razer 01.02, 5/21/2019 Installed Physical Memory (RAM) omegle shagle 16.0 GB

Does the same behavior happen after going to the Windows settings > System > Display and then tweaking the brightness slider to adjust the brightness? It seems that your laptop's graphic or display drivers are outdated. Please run the latest Windows 10 update. Also, check for available drivers via Intel Driver & Support Assistant and NVIDIA and see how it goes. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
