Screen flickering when turn on Bluetooth or connect USB

Hi, Similar to Pedro (/screen-flickering-when-turn-on-bluetooth.44516/) the screen on my Razer Blade 15, Base Model, flickers when I connect and disconnect any USB or Bluetooth device. What should I do exactly to go around this issue? Thanks you in advance! Miguel

This is some of the weirdest things I've seen today. Has there been a significant update that you recently installed before this started?

No, the laptop is new and I detected this issue within the first 5 min of use. Then I immediately checked on the Razer website for this issue and found the thread mentioned above.

update-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I also test my wireless mouse which it's logitech comes with a receiver. The receiver plug on right usb port works fine with its software...but when I change it to left side of 2 usb ports, the magic things happened. That my mouse 's drag transmission become slower than when I plug on right port...so weird. I also got this problem, and reported to Razer...and my solution is.........ask for the refund... For a new laptop that should't happen this issue.

Does this happen with or without Synapse running in the background? Please send me a PM so I can help you further isolate the issue.

It happens with and without the Synapse running. It always happens when connecting and disconnecting USB and/or Bluetooth device but I noticed now that it also happens randomly...

Do you get the same results on other power modes? Please send me a PM with the serial number of your RB15 so I can look into possible firmware/BIOS fixes.

Yes, it happens on all power modes and connected/disconnect to power source. I already sent you a PM on June 3.

did you get it fixed? i'm having the same issue but only when I connect to my home wifi (blade w/6700HQ+GTX1060)

Hi, updating the Windows Build to patch 1903 seems to have solved the issue to me! Cheers!

@pandego I appreciate you updating the thread. Will be closing this as resolved. @xourge Don't hesitate to send me a PM should you the problem persist after updating to patch 1903.
