screen glitches when plugged in Razer Blade 15 mid 2019 base model

My Razer blade 15 mid 2019 based model recently can't edit anymore video or play any 3D game while plugged in as the screen keep having glitches, but no flicker when unplugged, Davinci Resolve keep crashing when plugged inn, and works only when unplugged, it's slow, and the battery wont last very long. Been searching for answer for 2 weeks and followed many instructions or tips, but remain unable to fix this issue. It seems that the gtx 1660 ti is in conflict with the charger. Has anyone have experienced this before?

    Are you experiencing the issue only when the laptop is connected to an external monitor or when it is plugged in using its power adapter? Please send me the laptop's serial number and a video showing the issue. Save the file via Google Drive or another online storage account, then paste the link in your PM.
