Scroll left/right mapping requires Synapse running

By default scroll (tilt) of mouse wheel on Razer Basilisk Ultimate is mapped to "Repeat Scroll Up" and "Repeat Scroll Down". Remapping can be done to "Scroll Left" and "Scroll Right", but it is not stored in onboard memory, requires Synapse 3 to be running. Microsoft Windows have generic support for scroll (tilt) left/right by default without any custom drivers. Logitech, Roccat mice have it mapped correctly by default. Can firmware be updated to have "Scroll left/right" by default instead of "Repeat scroll up/down"? Or support added for such trivial mapping so that it will be stored in onboard memory.
