scrool wheel problem

Hello,

 

I have a Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro. The scroll wheel is malfunctioning. Sometimes it scrolls in the opposite direction or does not register any movement at all.

 

I have already updated the firmware and Synapse. I also tested it on multiple devices and browsers, but the issue persists.

 

Could you please assist me with a warranty claim or replacement?

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase in PDF format for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
