Section of Ornata lighting not working

Hi guys, I have the Destiny 2 Razer Ornata Chroma. For some reason roughly the middle section of the keyboard, about F9 to scr lk, the lighting doesn't work. Does anyone know a fix for this? It has happened once before to me and fixed itself, but now it doesn't seem to want to fix itself this time. Have tried reinstalling synapse, different versions of synapse and different computers.

    Hi there! When did this start to happen? Does the issue persist even when you have Synapse completely closed? Let me know.

    Hi, Thanks for your reply. First time it happened was couple months ago, I think it happened after I exited out of Overwatch. Can't exactly remember what happened that fixed it the first time though Issue still persists when Synapse is closed
