Seeking replacement mouse: Razer Naga Epic RZ01-00510100

Hello Razer support, I have one of the original Razer Naga Epic computer mice, and some of its buttons are beginning to fail: the two buttons below the scroll-wheel are becoming unresponsive, and the left-click is unreliable  - clicking/releasing and double-clicking unexpectedly.

Product Info:  Razer Naga Epic (not chroma)
Serial number:  PM1438051T01328
Product number:  RZ01-00510100
Date of purchase:  2015-08-23

I’m contacting you seeking assistance in locating a replacement Razer Naga Epic mouse (Product number:  RZ01-00510100).  I purchased a new Razer Naga Epic mouse, however I personally find the new Razer Naga mice are less ergonomic than the original models; I strongly dislike the raised number pad buttons on newer mice, and I greatly prefer the original Razer Naga Epic’s number pad buttons which are flush with the mouse.  I returned the newer Razer Naga Epic mouse because the original Razer Naga Epic’s number pad is superior and preferable.  I searched throughout the Razer website but could not find any mice with a flat/flush number pad (1 - 12 buttons), all the new models have the buttons raised and I don’t like them one bit.

I understand my mouse is now nine years old and I do not want anything for free.  I would greatly appreciate being able to purchase a new Razer Naga Epic mouse (Product Number RZ01-00510100) or something comparable with flat number pad buttons.  I have looked around online and the only stock I see is used Razer Naga Epics on ebay and they don’t appear to be in good condition.  Is there any way Razer can help me find a new (original) Razer Naga Epic mouse for purchase, or something comparable?  Or perhaps Razer can consider making a mouse that mimics the original Razer Naga Epic’s ergonomics (with flat buttons)?  I do not want a mouse with raised numberpad buttons.  If you could make or find such a mouse, then I would definitely purchase two or more to have a lifetime supply.

If this is not possible, then please submit this as a feature request for a future product.

I appreciate your time and thank you
