Seiren and WIN10: NoGo

I've got a strange problem that I couldn't solve by browsing all SIREN related problem threads here, so if there's any kind soul out there...
Short version: SIREN mic isn't recognized by WINDOWS (problem with last plugged in USB device and so on...), SYNAPSE is up to date, won't notice the device.
So, either it's a defective device (at least the logo is illuminated) or there's a driver problem that can't be solved in an easy way.
I also tried to plug it in with my Man-O-War plugged into the SIREN as that solved one thread starter's problem, but no success.
If the support reads that: any fancy button-press-during plug-in routine to update firmware on the SIREN? Or any debug mode driver to help me fix this issue?
Thank you so much in advance!

Before anything else, which version of Synapse do you currently have installed? Also, can you put up a screenshot of how the Seiren appears in the Device Manager?
Thank you for answering. I'm using Synapse 3.4.1015.100206 and the Seiren appears as an "Unknown device (error requesting device information)" or $2B = error 43 decimal, I hope the translation is correct as I'm using the local german version of WIN10.

The RAZER 0306 device seems to be a "virtual bus" device entry.
Hope that gives enough information.
Cheers from Munich!
