Hi, a few months ago I called Razer support and got help with my PC not recognizing my microphone. They made me install Synapse, and it worked again after that.
The issue is that a few says ago the issue reappeared. The mic led turns on when I plug it in, and after about 2 seconds it turns off. When looking at the pc device manager, there is a USB device by the name “Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed), which I assume is the mic, as it dissappears when I unplug it. I’ve tried uninstalling the device and plugging it back and it still has this issue.
I just tested unistalling Synapse and all Razer drivers, restarting and plugging back in, but it didn’t work. What should I do to have my mic working properly?
