Seiren Pro - update "compatible win10" - problem
Hi! I have a Razer Seiren Pro microphone that is supported by Synapse 2.
An update has been released for it, which improves the compatibility with windows 10.
Unfortunately, I can't download it ... I approve the download, the loading bar fills up, 100%, then synapse shuts down, restarts and the update is still waiting for download.
The microphone is having problems with windows 10, hence depends on this update.
how can i do it?

Your current Synapse 2.0 update protocol might be damaged.
Uninstall your current Synapse 2.0, download and install latest Synapse 2.0 from the following link

On another system, such as a chromebook, it works flawlessly.

FexarHave you checked your Windows privacy settings for your microphone? Also. ensure that your computer's anti-virus or firewall is not blocking any Razer-related files.
