Seiren Pro - update "compatible win10" - problem

Hi! I have a Razer Seiren Pro microphone that is supported by Synapse 2. An update has been released for it, which improves the compatibility with windows 10. Unfortunately, I can't download it ... I approve the download, the loading bar fills up, 100%, then synapse shuts down, restarts and the update is still waiting for download.       Your current Synapse 2.0 update protocol might be damaged. Uninstall your current Synapse 2.0, download and install latest Synapse 2.0 from the following link http://drivers.razersupport.com//index.php?_m=downloads&_a=viewdownload&downloaditemid=3337&nav=0,239

      I did, but it still doesn't work, the same problem continues. When turned on, the microphone often has the screen flashing all the time and disconnects it. On another system, such as a chromebook, it works flawlessly.

      Have you checked your Windows privacy settings for your microphone? Also. ensure that your computer's anti-virus or firewall is not blocking any Razer-related files.
