Plugged Mic into computer when I received it yesterday, worked wonderfully, turned off computer and got on the next day, Synapse pics up the mic, but no other program accepts the mic. I have unplugged the mic plugged it back in nothing is working.

Hi there,
Have you tried checking for OS updates? What about plugging it into a different USB port? You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then drop me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds along the way.
