Seiren X audio issues

Hello! I am having issues with my mic. It is constantly making a low rhythmic static sound and it cutting my voice audio. I do not believe anyone but myself can hear the static however the cutting in and out of audio is affecting my streams and my party chats on discord. If I try to test it out saying “test test, audio check 1, 2, 3” I hear “te..te… che… 1… 3”

I have tried changing my USB port, I have tried turning it off and back on again, I have tried cleaning all ports and connectors. I have moved it closer and further away, messed with noise suppression in discord, windows (11) and OBS. Nothing is working, it was working perfectly fine less than a week ago, maybe three days prior to this issue. I am also absolutely positive that is it not because i may be close to the Ethernet box as it is downstairs and I am upstars.
