Seiren X suddenly stopped working?

My mic stopped picking up audio properly a couple weeks ago. I got it around December and it was working beautifully until then. I streamed with it just fine but the day after when I tried talking to my friends on Discord I noticed the sensitivity seemed to be extremely low, like I had to put my mouth right up to the mic for it to pick up anything at all, and even then it was very quiet and my friends said my audio was breaking up. I've tried unplugging and replugging it in, restarting my PC, checking update logs for Windows and audio drivers, making sure my PC detected it, reconfiguring it so that my mic is the default, checking the settings on all the apps that use it, turning up the volume, and testing it on a different computer (I know my mic worked on that, too, back in December. But now it doesn't.). Other mics I plug in work, even in the same USB, so I don't think it's my computer. I've been treating this Seiren X like a baby so I don't think I've damaged it. I've tried looking for people who've had the same problems but the solutions that worked for them didn't work for me.
