Hello, So I have an unopened Razer Viper Ultimate v1 with charging dock, & a Razer Raptor 27 165Hz, both which I'm trying to sell on amazon, but apparently I require an approval letter from Razer as per the attached document. So can you please help me with this process. thank you.

Also I have already contacted customer support (Sales (Reseller, Distributor)) regarding this but got no response.
